Knowle Court is a care home set in the heart of Golcar Village providing twenty-four hour care for the elderly. With over twenty years experience in caring for the elderly Knowle Court has developed a personal, caring & professional service allowing our residents privacy, independence, choice, dignity, rights and fulfilment.
Our home is registered to accommodate up to 22 people either on a long term or short- term basis, along with day care facilities for those who are not ready for twenty- four hour care.
Knowle Court is registered with the Care Quality Commission who regulates and inspect care services in England. Knowle Court was given an overall rating of excellent by the Care Quality Commission on the 8th December 2009.
We appreciate that our service users have individual needs and preferences and that a move into residential care is a big step. From your first enquiry we will ensure that as much information as possible is noted about your care needs.
We are pleased to undertake an assessment in response to your enquiry. This can often involve consultation with other health care professionals and a needs-led assessment of the prospective service user. This will help both you, and us, to understand whether Knowle Court will be able to meet your needs.
